arch/FORM were approached to assist with the interior remodelling and re-organisation of a home set within the Barrow upon Soar conservation area.
The project included the opening up of the ground floor to create a dual aspect kitchen-dining space, allowing our clients to be able to entertain and create a connection with the garden from each zone.
Other features include a relocated kitchen with feature island, new dining space, new utility, under-stair wine storage, two sided fire place and other minor alterations to maximise the enjoyment of the home.
arch/FORM achieved Building Regulations Plans Approval for the technical design of this project in preparation for it to begin on site.
